FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
RIGHT BRAIN EDUCATION
Thank you so much for all the questions about Right Brain Education. I will refer you to my FAQ and blogs, as I have many of the same inquiries. In this FAQ, I will share the most common questions that I received and, of course, my comments.
Q 1
Do I sell printed flashcards?
No, I am not in the business of selling "right-brain education" flashcards. In my blog articles, I have recommended websites where you can purchase them. Do read my blog articles. I am very sure it will help you.
Q 2
Could you sent me your flashcards?
I have parents asking me to give away my child's flashcards. The answer is no. I will not give them away.
Q 3
Can you teach my child online?
I have a full-time job and travel extensively. I am not in the business of teaching kids. This blog is where I share my experience and feedback on right-brain education for kids.
Q 4
Does flashcard lessons in video format work?
Online video flash cards work. In my opinion, I would say video flashcards that show flashcards at a fast speed are "right-brain flashcards.
"Hardcopy," or as some parents call them, physical flash cards, are more suited to the traditional "left brain" method.
Unless the physical flashcards are shown at a fast speed (at least 0.5 seconds per card), you can say you are using the right brain education method of learning. Showing physical flashcards very fast is very challenging, so I always recommend video-based flashcards.
When I sent my child to Shichida and Heguru, my child learned using video flashcards for her "Advanced Right Brain Education" class lesson.
Back to-home flashcard lessons, the most important part of the Right Brain Education Method is that parents must be involved in teaching and bonding with their children.
Here is another question some parents are asking. I have been asked to recommend a program where they only need to click once, and the video plays the whole flashcard lesson. So, the parent does not need to do anything, and the video lesson does all the teaching.
That's not the right way to teach.
In every flash card video, the parent must talk to the child. The parent then should select the video that the child would like to see.
All lesson topics have to be selected, and no one lesson works for all children. Plan your child’s lesson according to your child. You cannot flash nonstop, topic after topic, in ONE click automated video.
Q 5
Do I do paid reviews and endorse educational products or schools?
No. This is not a business blog. I am here to share my views and experience.
Q 6
How do you differentiate your blog from other mummy influencers?
I know mummy Bloggers, Instagrammers, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc., who buy followers (subscribers), likes, and comments. They are on social media with profits in mind. It is a business.
Many parents choose to stay anonymous.
My blog is a non-profit mummy blog. However, I would be very grateful to accept any small donation for my writing to maintain the blog.
Q 7
Why is my child’s right brain mind still not activated? Why is my child doing badly in his/her Right Brain Education School?
In some countries, the Shichida and Heguru schools, do not emphasise the need for parents to teach their child at home.
In reality many parents that send their to Shichida and Heguru Right Brain Education schools, practice their flashcards and right brain exercises at home everyday.
If you want your child to benefit from this method, you must practice with your child at home. How is it possible for your child to gain any benefits from once a week lesson only from Right Brain Education Schools?
In reality, all experienced Right Brain Education parents who are serious about their child’s Right Brain Education will practice at home. In my time, we practice daily to achieve Right Brain activation.
The earlier you start your child's right brain education, the easier it is to activate the right brain.
